Abstract

In this article the author examines in detail the issues of legislative reflection of counter-terrorism, which, in my opinion, should include both preventive and prophylactic measures, as well as preventive measures. The author proposes a set of guidelines to combat manifestations of modern terrorism. In addition, the author shows that the improvement of the criminal law qualifications of the various aspects of terrorist activities is one of the most important conditions for the further development of the system of legal regulation of counter-terrorism and the actual direction of further research in this area.
